Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Google sends your name, email address, and Google account ID to Feedback.Video. We use them to confirm your identity and label your feedback.
We store your display name and an identifier derived from your Google account ID. Your email can supply your display name if Google provides no name. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, or Calendar.
Your review team
A private invitation grants access to one review. Anyone with that invitation can join through Google with the link’s role. The editor and other people with review access can see your display name, comments, and saved cut versions.
Your browser receives a signed session cookie. Password login also uses a signed reviewer cookie. Browser storage keeps unfinished work, pending saves, and viewing preferences on your device.
Storage and use
Google Cloud hosts the service, private media, and review data. Review storage is configured in europe-west1. We use this data to operate the review, keep feedback, and recover failed saves. We do not sell Google account data or use it for advertising.
The service retains review snapshots and storage versions. Removing a visible comment does not immediately remove it from older backups. The project operator manages retention and removal.
Your choices
You can sign out at any time. Signing out, or disconnecting the app through your Google account, does not delete feedback already saved. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact mark@thearc.solutions.
Telegram voice notes
When you connect Telegram, we link your private bot chat to your reviewer identity. Telegram carries your voice messages. Gladia processes the audio to produce Arabic and English text. We store the original audio, playback preview, transcript, and video timing in private Google Cloud storage. Other reviewers in this review can see and hear these notes. Disconnect stops new notes from that chat. Deleted notes leave a delivery record to prevent retries from restoring them. Stored backups can retain prior data.
